Retained Search: For leadership or hard-to-fill roles. High-touch, priority search with a 90-day guarantee. 25% of the position’s first-year salary paid in milestones.
Volume & Project Hiring: Seasonal surge? Multiple roles at once? I’ll build a structured, efficient process and see it through. Starting at $1,500/hire paid at 14 days of employment.
Embedded Recruiting: Your fully outsourced recruiting function. Sourcing, screening, scheduling, pipeline management, and weekly updates, all handled. Starting at $2,000/month.

When a surprise comes along and you need someone in your corner fast, I’ve got you. Investigations, terminations, documentation, or just a “what do we do right now?” call. Crisis support is included for fractional HR clients, but if we’re not currently under contract together, I’m still available for emergency support.
